An exclusive French dining concept returns to Seasons 27, inviting you to begin the new season with an elevated “Table d’hôte” dinner experience set against panoramic city views from the 27th floor, Ad Lib Khon Kaen.
For this special evening, our chef takes the role of host, thoughtfully selecting seasonal ingredients and preparing each dish fresh to create a warm and engaging dining journey. From the first course to dessert, every element is carefully crafted and served with attention to detail.
The experience combines self-serving stations with host-serving service, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of French Oysters Shooters on Ice, Cheeses, Charcuterie, Soups, and starters with unlimited selections throughout the evening.
Highlight main courses are served to the table, featuring Roast Beef, Roast Portobello Mushroom, Slow Cooked Duck Breast, Roast Sea Bass and Grilled River Prawn. Complete the meal with a selection of desserts including orange crème brûlée, Basque cheesecake, polenta cake, and other homemade sweets.
A creative activity station is also available for the kids, ensuring a memorable evening for everyone 🎨
