When do you arrive?

Dining

With a wide array of cuisines and flavours to choose from, whether rooted in the locale or beckoning from various parts of the world, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

From very local epicurean coffee, batch-roasted and ground several times a day, to local grilling techniques adapted to steakhouse expectations and meat, Ad Lib’s range of food offerings are a fancy of their own kind.

Watch the locals, globals, and everyone in-between do their thing as you sit, street-level or one up above, sipping a coffee, meeting up, in-meeting, or doing a meeting online.

Cosy corners have been created for privacy, while long tables are conducive to meetings, along with solo spots suited for remote working adaptability.

Located in the ground floor lobby, Kaen Ground serves locals and hotel guests, with freshly baked goodies, brekkie, and light meals, alongside all manner of drinks.

Menu highlights include European croissant specialties, such as the Laughen, Almond, and Chocolate croissants, alongside Old Scottish scones, Afternoon Tea sets, and sourdough breads.

Could the stars be serenading the skies? Or a famed musician singing just for you and your favourite other? Anything can happen, and everything does, at Kaen Kaew, our Live House and multi-level Rooftop Bar.

Live House is where true entertainment comes alive, with exclusive performances with no limit.

Somewhere between the DJs and the indoor and outdoor entities for mingling and more, lies a speakeasy – miss a beat and you might miss it!

Delectability awaits your palate, with one-of-a-kind fusion delicacies and tapas which will match your favourite cocktails and wines.

Much-loved Mediterranean takes on the fields of Khon Kaen with a farm-fresh focus at Seasons 27. Aside from the usual suspects of any good menu, our Michelin-trained chef has added an edge, found in the quality of the techniques and ingredients, such as 36-hour fermented Napoli pizza, extra tender Lamb’s neck, day-simmered into an Osso Bucco, and more.

He also brings a global twist to local ingredients, and adds in an extra Asian edge, found in dishes such as Hainanese chicken rice and oyster hand pulled noodle, and swordfish Kaeng Som, done Indonesian style.

The restaurant also serves guests a semi-buffet breakfast, with certain dishes made fresh to order, while serving Italian & Asian gourmet at lunch and dinner.

Intensely satisfying, with its back to earth concept, focusing on the quality and freshness of the food, the restaurant speaks through its namesake. Organic meats and seafood fresh from the farm are cooked over a charcoal grill (also the main way the people of Isan, where Khon Kaen is located, cook their meats), with flavoursome accompaniments for those that want that extra kick.

The indoor restaurant has as its centrepiece an elaborate painting of tigers, whose colouring represent a fire’s flames. There is a long communal table, encouraging sharing and group bonding over the featured dishes. These include the seafood and nduja sausage paella, salt crusted sea bream with grilled lemon chutney, ribeye steak with black garlic aioli, and beef tail ‘assam pedas’ with baked peas rice.
