Say goodbye to boring lunches. Our MERLION Lunch features a different taste of Singapore and Malaysia every weekday, all served within 10 minutes at Seasons 27.
Here’s what’s on the menu weekly:
🟡 Monday: Singapore Bak Kut Teh – Tender pork ribs in a fragrant, herbal broth.
🔴 Tuesday: Singapore Mui Fan – Savory crispy pork and rice topped with a rich, flavorful gravy.
🟢 Wednesday: Hainanese Chicken Curry – A mild, creamy coconut curry served with crispy roti.
🟠 Thursday: Singapore Fish Ball Noodle Soup – A light, clear soup with fresh fish balls and your choice of noodles.
🔵 Friday: Singapore Laksa – A rich and spicy coconut soup with your choice of shrimp or chicken.
Each dish also comes with fresh seasonal fruit, making it a complete and satisfying meal.
